Worried About Being Paired Up With Strangers?
Don't be! All of our games here at epIQ escapes are private experiences. We don't even charge you extra! Each room has a minimum requirement of players. If you meet that criteria, you're all set! However, only one booking is allowed per game, regardless of how many tickets are purchased. So, if you'd like to add participants to your game after your initial booking, as long as you don't exceed the maximum number of players for the room you can just bring them and pay when you arrive, or call us at 517-240-1173 and we can take care of it for you over the phone.
If you are using a promotion code, you must enter it BEFORE selecting number of participants or your game date/time. Once entered, be sure the code is reducing your price. No refunds will be issued for discounts NOT used at the time of purchase. Gift Certificates and promotions are not accepted for games outside of regular business hours.

Players who are 14 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Group discounts do not start unless there are 25+ participants in your group.
No refunds allowed under any circumstance.
To cancel or reschedule a game, you must contact us within 48 hours of your scheduled game.
